Coys put together this nice display depicting these cars recent discoveries. On the left is a 1971 Ferrari 246 Dino GT that had been found after 25 years in barn storage. The car has a great history and a lot of rust, but still managed a respectable $65,000 sale.
In the middle is a one family owned Aston Martin DB2/4 with a fascinating history, and affectionately known as 'The Colonel's Car'. Lt. Col. Tyler maintained a meticulous and remarkably detailed log on the car, written in a personable and readable manner, recording all maintenance carried out and on what date which included diagrams of engine work. This Aston restoration project at $60,000 will give its owner quite a few hours of work, but it will be worth it.
On the right is a Chevron Racing Chassis and Body Panels, and was a bargain at a winning bid of $1600.
