There was a lot to celebrate at this year’s Goodwood Revival in West Sussex, England - the legendary historic home to motor racing. In addition to being the 60th anniversary since racing began at Goodwood on September 18, 1948, it was also the tenth anniversary of the Revival itself, which first brought the circuit back to life on September 18, 1998.
The celebrations included a tribute to the many drivers and teams who raced in the circuit’s heyday between 1948 and 1966 with a "Goodwood Legends" parade each afternoon. Other Revival attractions including some entertaining track parades ranging from a display of vehicles representing life on the road in 1948, through to a tribute to the great British racing ace Tony Brooks.
