1936 Auburn 852 Boattail Speedster

A body-off restoration was conducted on the car over twenty years ago, at which point the car was repainted. Regardless of its unrestored state, the frame is reportedly in remarkable condition. Every effort was made to return this matching-numbers Speedster to its former state and, in current condition, the car appears to be very presentable. It is finished in red with matching wire spoke wheels and a black canvas top with red piping. The interior, which is upholstered in cream leather, appears to be very period correct while the engine bay remains clean, despite evidence of road use. It sold for $396,000.
