Tawny is a forty something, happily married mother of 2 boys and business owner of Tropical Island Tanning in Prescott, Arizona. But she is also the proud owner of a pink and white 1955 Ford Fairlane Convertible. And Tawny makes it quite clear that this is her car, not the hubby’s.
“I love classics because the car you choose is based on who you are. I love it when people see me in my 55 Ford and say, 'It's so you!' - that’s the best compliment I could ask for.”
Tawny knows that everyone has to have some mode of transportation to get from point A to point B. But when she’s behind the wheel of her classic, she cruises to her destination, enjoying every stop along the way. She hopes to see more women behind the wheels of these beautiful classic cars. “Cruising isn't just for the guys anymore!’
